What is going to make this year different than last year?
One Habit at a Time
Focus on just one habit at a time. Otherwise, you might feel overwhelmed and quit.
30 Day Commitment
Commit for at least 30 days – the longer the better. Do NOT break the initial commitment.
Make it Concrete
Don’t just make the commitment in your head. Write it down and let your friends know to really get you into action.
Monitor Your Progress
Monitor your progress to make sure you stay on the right path. Do this for at least the first 30 days.
Do it for the Right Reasons
Do it because you want that new change/habit and it makes your life better and not because someone else told you you should do it.
To make changes that last:
- Start small
- Write it down
- Tell someone ( a friend or a coach)
- Be realistic with your schedule
- Prioritise with consistency
