Vacancy for Administration Support Coordinator
Due to the growth of our business, we are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Support Coordinator for client administrative support and management for 30-35 hours per week.
The role will provide PA, administrative and accounts support to our clients and will require someone with an extremely high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to be able to work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment.
An excellent communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude is key and previous experience of working with Senior Management in a large organisation would be advantageous.
Exceptional computer literacy is important, and it would be beneficial to have experience with online meeting platforms and accounting systems.
The position will be permanent, home based with flexible hours which can be split over 4 or 5 days. All equipment will be provided.
On occasion, you may need to help out with holiday cover and occasionally attend external meetings, normally local to Market Harborough. Full training will be provided.
Starting salary dependant on experience.
